Proficient in Server side Java. Tech stack used by them includes Java, TomCat, MS SQL
Application/platform involves lot of business logic. People need to be very strong technically.
Need people who have written internet web based Java code
People with exp writing high transactional, high volume systems – Amazon, MSFT Bing, and Expedia etc will fit the profile
