Our client is 5.4 year old company based in Bangalore .They develop web based custom applications and they work on Native mobile application development for iPhone, Blackberry, Android and Palm Pre platforms.

Android Lead

Position : Android Lead
Location : Bangalore
Experience : 2 – 5 + years
Primary Skills : Hands on experience in Java programming of at least 2 year


Responsibilities
● Lead the Android team efforts
● Client Interaction
● Requirements gathering, analysis and issue resolution/clarification (as part of the requirements analysis
team)
● Designing and Programming
● Mentor team members
● Effort estimations for modules, sub-systems or use cases.


Position Requirements
● Essential skills: Java,J2ME,Eclipse, xml, Android APIs,Android SDK,
● Minimum 2 years of work experience with hands-on programming.
● Maximum of 5 years of experience.
● Hands on experience in Java programming of at least 2 year.
● Worked on at least 2 Java projects. Experience in Mobile Application Development.
● Basic estimation experience
● Self starter and quick learner
● Should be able to work in a growing company environment that is very dynamic and challenging
● Good oral and written communication skills
● Highly self motivated and directed
● Ability to work without a lot of supervision
● Experience in working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
● Desired skills: KSOAP,Android SDK 1.5
